Hop Revolution is your chance to meet and drink with some of Europe's brewers
who are at the cutting edge of the changes sweeping through the world of craft beer.
Utilising new methods and ingredients, they are pushing back the boundaries of beer and
exploring new areas of flavour. Confirmed attendees include Martin Dempster of Brewdog,
Mikkel Bjergsø of Mikkeller and Kjetil Jikiun of Nogne-O.

Due to technical problems experienced at his new brewery, James Watt of BrewDog has had to cancel his trip to Japan for Hop Revolution. On his behalf, Martin Dempster, who is in charge of both production and planning of BrewDog, will be present to host the BrewDog seminar and booths.
