A low alpha variety that works well on its own and with other hop varieties to produce both delicate and bigger styles.

Wai-iti is a true aroma hop that displays hints of lime overlaid with aromas of freshly picked peach and apricot.

Fresh peaches and apricot dominate in late additions and dry-hopping. In early additions there is a pleasant lightly muted citrus character which allows the low co-humulone and high levels of farnesene to work their magic to create a smooth clean bitterness. The fresh peaches and apricot characters are at the forefront in late additions and dry-hopping.
